Our Memorial on the Farm for those Never Forgotten
We have a very special Memorial on the farm to never forget the Little Buckets Angels that have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Below are the Members of the Gang who have heartbreakingly passed away. Running a sanctuary stems great reward but also tremendous loss. Each animal is a member of my family and in turn your family too as you are a part of our family too. I know you share joy in the animals's triumphs as well as the huge heartbreak. We will never forget them and they will forever be in our hearts. Tap each below for their story.

Etch
Etch came to us from one our volunteers who had found Etch in a ditch along their daily walking route. Barb had great experience as she fosters a lot of cats and kittens so Etch certainly found the right person. So Barb could continue to foster, we offered her a home here.
We lost Etch just a few weeks after arriving. She was so spunky, fearless, and loved all the animals. She passed away in an accident on the farm that I take full responsibility for. My heart got shattered in a million pieces. I will always feel like I let Etch down as I am here to protect them and keep all the animals safe. I also let Barb down. Etch had her whole life ahead. All I know the short life she had here was full of love, fun, and living every moment to the fullest. Rest in Peace Etch, you will be forever in my heart and so many others.
She crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 27, 2022.

Miss Kitty
When I came to the farm on settlement day, I was asked by the owner if she could leave Miss Kitty. She had been queen of the farm for many years and she did not want to change that for her. So on Day 1 of owning my new farm, we welcomed Miss Kitty. Miss Kitty loved riding on the golf cart and now Ranger and she is the master of getting across the farm on feet too. I don't know how she does it sometimes but we will be at one end of the farm and she will be with us and then somehow we will be at the other end and she will be with us. We believe she is approximately 17 years old but you would never know it.
Miss Kitty passed away in September 2021 after being queen of the farm for almost 20 years.

Parker
Parker wasn't on our posts but a few times but that doesn't mean that he didn't have a huge part of my heart. Parker was my Mom's dog however I was around him a lot because I was with my Mom a lot. Shortly after my Mom's passing, Parker became part of my family. He passed away in June 2020 just a few months shy of 14 years old. He was so beautiful, loyal, and funny. He loved being right next to me. He will always be with me in my heart. When he passed, I not only lost him but I lost another piece of my Mom. But I knew he would be greeted in Heavan by her and I told him to give her a big hug for me.
Parker when he laid down in my house, he would flop and I swear the house would vibrate. Oh how I wish you could just flop right next to me once again. Love you and miss you so much Parker. -
Rex
Rex was part of the Toy Story Gang who was rescued in June 2019. He was part of a litter of kittens who was dumped at the landfill with his mom. We were able to rescue his mom and 3 of his siblings. Rex was absolutely the sweetest and was so beautiful. He regrettably disappeared just a couple of months after he arrived and never returned After all this time passes, I still hope to see his beautiful eyes come around the corner. We miss and love you Rex!
